Debt collection
Collecting debts from people can be very frustrating especially if you've never done it before. There are always two hurdles to have to jump over in order to obtain payment through the Courts:
- first prove your case and
- second, get the money.
Sometimes the first part is easy and the second is very difficult. Sometimes it's the other way round. There is no point for example in suing someone if you know they do not have any assets or are about to be made bankrupt.
